KeyFlow ADAMS by Malgn Technology is a powerful MAM system which provides all these features and more: it fits into existing storage setups and uses technical infrastructure such as transcoders to create simplified, automized workflows. Content and metadata are managed centrally and are available to the user in the desktop application as well as a web client and a mobile app.

Another important step in the workflow that should have top priority is the migration of content that is no longer in daily use onto secure media. To do just that, KeyFlow is integrated with Archiware P5 Archive to provide a simple and safe solution for archiving content on disk, tape or cloud. Media can be archived and restored from within KeyFlow ADAMS with just one click. All processes can be set up and monitored within P5 Archive.

P5 Archive supports LTO drives and libraries from virtually any manufacturer such as Overland/Tandberg, SpectraLogic, IBM, HP, Oracle and Quantum, so it can be run in any storage environment. To add an additional level of security, P5 can also clone tapes to create a second set for offsite storage.

Scalability regarding performance and number of archive/restore jobs running simultaneously is provided by the Archiware P5 Archive parallelization feature.
